Restore VPC into a different region or cloud account within AWS.

In order to restore VPC within AWS, navigate to VPC Backups tab and select your desired Cloud Account to view all the created backups of the vpc in that specific environment.

Select a backup plan and click on Backups and select the restore option on the backup that you want to restore. Select AWS cloud, select your aws cloud account and the region where you want to restore your VPC snapshot and hit Restore VPC.
